We value your trust and aim to be transparent in how refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Free Services
Most of our services such as basic guidance, consultation, and document review are provided free of charge. No refund applies to free services since no payment is collected.
2. Paid Services
If you choose to use any premium or paid service, the following policy applies:
Service charges are only for consultation, document checking, or processing support.
Refunds are not available once the service has been started or completed.
If you mistakenly make a duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 working days for correction.
3. Government / Embassy Fees
All official visa, work permit, or embassy fees are non-refundable and are payable directly to the concerned authority. RecruitDept does not control these charges.
4. Service Cancellation
You may cancel a paid service request before our consultants begin processing. In such cases, we may refund up to 50% of the service charge (if any was paid).
Once work has started, no cancellation or refund is possible.
5. Processing Time
Refund requests, if eligible, will be processed within 10–15 working days through the same payment method used during purchase.
